Cancel at least 48 hours before start for full refund
If cancellation is requested at least 48 hours before the actual subscription start time, the payment is fully refunded to the original payment method according to Tap policy.
Quarterly and annual plans are non-refundable after first class
For quarterly and annual memberships, no refund is available after attending the first training session. Cancellation requests must be submitted through the official mobile app.
Official cancellation method
Subscription cancellation is available inside the academy mobile app from the active subscription screen. Submitting the request in-app ensures proper timestamping and accurate refund-rule enforcement.
